Pick Up The Pieces

Doubt and disappointment had mingled with distress.
I was groping for an answer, with no hope, I must confess.
In the midst of my darkness, the Hand of God reached in.
And He picked up the pieces again.

Lord, pick up the pieces of my life just one more time.
Lead me back to the Holy Mountain and help me to climb.
The Devil’s fought against me and he’s shattered my mind.
So Lord, pick up the pieces one more time.

My life’s been like a puzzle, pieces scattered here and there.
I could not see the picture, thru the haze of my despair.
Then I cried to Jesus, He forgave me of my sins,
And He picked up the pieces, once again.
