Welcome to Woodall’s window web. I fancy myself a wanna-be writer, a story teller, and a poet. I love the Old South, the Old West and the blend of them - the Old Southwest.

I love old people, old songs, old churches, old coins and stamps. Old books, old pocket knives, old watches, ect… I cling desperately to history (how things were both good and bad).

I’m taken in by old southern say’ins. Sometimes I create my own. Sometimes I rework them and put my south/west folksy interpretation to them.

My greatest ambition these days is to be an old, southern, peaceful, gentle, Christian Gentleman. I hit that target occasionally. I hope you will enjoy my stories, sermons, poems, and pieces of truth (as I see it).

Let me hear from you with your ideas, suggestions, and comments. If the “window” doesn’t impress you at least maybe it will amuse you. I’ll share my insights and observations and wait for your responses.

Thanks,
